How do I create a Crystal Clean Solutions Account?

When you book service an account is automatically created for you.  Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively, you can create and log into your account at this link

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Here’s what’s included in each space:

Kitchen Spaces

Cobweb Removal, Ceiling Fans, Window Ledges, Clean Stove Top, Clean Countertops, Scrub & Clean Sinks, Polish all Stainless Steel Surfaces, Empty Trash Can, Dust & Wipe Laundry Area, Vacuum/sweep Kitchen & Laundry Floors & Rugs, Mop Kitchen & Laundry Floors, Clean Entrance Glass Door. *Same services would be perfomed for Move In/Move Out cleaning.

Bath & Tub Spaces

Cobweb Removal, Ceiling Fans, Window Ledges, Wipe Bathroom Cabinets (Outside), Scrub & Clean Sinks, Clean Countertops (special product for marble & stone), Clean Mirrors & Shine Chrome, Scrub & Clean Toilets, Scrub & Clean Tubs, Scrub & Clean Showers, Empty Trash Can(s), Vacuum/sweep Bathroom Floors & Rugs, Mop Bathroom Floors, Dust/Wipe Doors (optional). *Same services would be performed for Move In/Move Out cleaning.

Bedroom & Living Spaces

Cobweb Removal, Ceiling Fans, Window Ledges, Make beds & change bed linens (when left on top of bed), Dust Furniture, Clean Glass Table Tops, Empty trash in all bedrooms, living and office spaces, Vacuum all carpets, small rugs & stairs, Vacuum/sweep Bedroom Floors, Mop Bedroom Floors, Dust/Wipe Doors (optional). *Same services would be perfomed for Move In/Move Out cleaning.


We do offer extra services like baseboards, blinds, windows, cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.


Other Services Not Offered:

Wet wiping light bulbs-time and risk of breakage is too high.

Washing and Putting away dishes-We will gather all dishes and glassware from around the house and load them into the dishwasher if applicable. We’d rather not put them away because we don’t want to stack things in a way that you would not, and to reduce the risk of breakage.

How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, we bring all of our own products, supplies and equipment.


Can I request special tasks or extras?

Sure thing. Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.

What if I’m looking for commercial cleaning services?

You’re in the right place! Our services include Janitorial Maintenance, Carpet Cleaning, Special Event Cleaning, Foreclosure Cleaning, Apartment turnovers, Move In/Out and Complete Janitorial Sales.We offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly services on a month to month basis with no long-term contracts.

What kind of products are used?

We use Windex, Pine Sol, Mr. Clean, Kaboom, Bleach, Lysol, DEP (stainless steel cleaner), and Murphy’s Oil Soap. When eco-friendly cleaning is requested, we use Meyer’s, Method, Seventh Generation, ECOS, and Simply Green.

How do I log into my account?

Log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. Alternatively you can can give us a call and we will update your address for you.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account at and update your card on file.  Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.

Pricing & Policies

How can I view my Crystal Clean Solutions Gift Cards?

Log into your account at and you will see any outstanding giftcards and respective balances.

Can I apply a gift card to an existing appointment?

Absolutely. Simply enter your gift card code into the booking form as you are creating your booking.  Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance.  At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.

What is the two hour window?

Please note that if your time has a range that this is our arrival window to deal with the unpredictability of traffic, parking, and other surprises.

Why is the discount not working?

Some discounts are for first time customers only and some are for recurring customers only. In addition, some discounts are only one-time, and will not work for future service. There might be a couple reasons why a specific discount code no longer works. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our folks are interviewed and pass a background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Crystal Clean Solutions certified cleaner.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it.  That’s our promise to you!

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security.  Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).  Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes they do.  We run a detailed background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7 day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7 day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.

Because we are insured, you’ll have the peace of mind that we have taken steps to protect your home and contents from theft and damage.
